Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well conduct the heat of the molten resin in a cavity to a cooling medium flow channel. SOLUTION: This injection mold is constituted so as to inject the molten resin in the cavity 11 formed between the mold surfaces 10a and 20a of a pair of mold body parts 10b, 21 and 23, which are provided so as to approach each other and separate from each other, in a mold clamped state and has the cooling medium flow channel 22b capable of cooling the molten resin in the cavity 11 formed therein. The cavity forming part 21a which constitutes the cavity 11 is formed to the mold surface 20a and a high heat conductive member 22 comprising a material having heat conductivity higher than that of the mold body parts 10b, 21 and 23 is arranged in a pair of the mold body parts 10b, 21 and 23 to be joined to the mold body parts 21 and 23 so as to be positioned at the part corresponding at least to a part of the cavity forming part 21a and the molten resin in the cavity 11 can be cooled by the cooling medium in the cooling medium flow channel 22b through the high heat conductive member 22. 【課題】 キャビティ内の溶融樹脂の熱を冷媒流路へ良好に伝導させる。 【解決手段】 接近離間可能に設けられて、型締め状態で一対の金型本体部10b、21、23の金型面10a、20a間に形成されるキャビティ11に溶融樹脂が射出される構成とされるとともに、内部にキャビティ11内の溶融樹脂が冷却可能とされた冷媒流路22bが形成された射出成形用金型であって、金型面20aにはキャビティ11を構成するキャビティ形成部21aが形成され、一対の金型本体部10b、21、23の少なくとも一方の内部には、該金型本体部10b、21、23より熱伝導率が高い材質からなる高熱伝導部材22が、キャビティ形成部21aの少なくとも一部と対応する部分に位置するように、該金型本体部21、23に接合されて配設され、キャビティ11内の溶融樹脂が高熱伝導部材22を介して冷媒流路22b内の冷媒により冷却可能とされている。 【選択図】 図1
