本实用新型涉及一种新型燃气减压器,含壳体;设于壳体内的一、二、三级减压腔;一、二级减压腔设于壳体上部,三级减压腔位于壳体下部,一级减压腔的一级上盖、二级减压腔的二级上盖装设于壳体上,三级减压腔的下盖装于壳体上;一级减压腔侧壁设有内进气座,壳体上部设有出气接头,内进气座设有主阀芯组件,二级减压腔底部设有二级摇臂组件,一级拉杆由螺母经弹垫、一级上垫片、一级膜片、一级下垫片装于一级减压腔内的一级摇臂上,二级拉杆由锁紧螺母经弹垫、二级垫片、二级膜片装于二级减压腔内的二级摇臂组件上,一级弹簧和二级弹簧分别位于一级膜片和二级膜片上,下盖与壳体间设置三级膜片组件,三级减压腔顶部的壳体固定有三级摇臂。该减压器工作稳定性高。
The utility model relates to a novel fuel gas pressure reducer, which comprises a shell, a primary pressure-reducing chamber, a secondary pressure-reducing chamber, a tertiary pressure-reducing chamber. The primary pressure-reducing chamber, the secondary pressure-reducing chamber and the tertiary pressure-reducing chamber are arranged in the shell, the primary pressure-reducing chamber and the secondary pressure-reducing chamber are arranged on the upper portion of the shell, and the tertiary pressure-reducing chamber is arranged on the lower portion of the shell. A primary upper cover of the primary pressure-reducing chamber and a secondary upper cover of the secondary pressure-reducing chamber are arranged on the shell, and a lower cover of the tertiary pressure-reducing chamber is arranged on the shell. An inner fuel gas inlet base is arranged on a lateral wall of the primary pressure-reducing chamber and a fuel gas outlet joint is arranged on the upper portion of the shell. The inner fuel gas inlet base is provided with a main spool component. A secondary rocker arm component is arranged at the bottom of the secondary pressure-reducing chamber. A primary pull rod is arranged on a primary rocker arm in the primary pressure-reducing chamber via nuts after penetrating through an elastic pad, a primary upper gasket, a primary membrane and a primary lower gasket. A secondary pull rod is arranged on the secondary rocker arm component in the secondary pressure-reducing chamber via locking nuts after penetrating through another elastic pad, a secondary gasket, a secondary membrane and a primary lower gasket. Primary springs and secondary springs are respectively located on the primary membrane and the secondary membrane. A tertiary membrane component is arranged between the lower cover of the tertiary pressure-reducing chamber and the shell. A tertiary rocker arm is fixed on the shell at the top of the tertiary pressure-reducing chamber. The novel fuel gas pressure reducer is high in work stability.
