Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种半连续流式微生物发酵制氢装置,由原料池、蠕动进料泵、发酵反应器、NaOH反应器、气体干燥器、气体流量计、储气装置串联组成,所述的发酵反应器内设有上液面水平感应器和下液面水平感应器,上液面水平感应器和下液面水平感应器与放料阀关联,发酵反应器的废液出口通过放料阀与发酵液收集池连接。发酵反应器底部设有微滤膜,用于实现菌体与发酵液的分离,使菌体有效滞留在反应器内部,发酵废液排出至废液收集池。发酵反应生成的气体通过NaOH溶液后,实现H2和CO2的分离。本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑、产氢连续高效、节能的特点。
The utility model relates to a semi-continuous flow type microbe fermentation hydrogen production device comprising a raw material pool, a peristaltic feed pump, a fermentation reactor, an NaOH reactor, a gas dryer, a gas flowmeter and a gas storage device which are connected with each other in series, wherein an upper liquid level levelness inductor and a lower upper liquid level levelness inductor are arranged in the fermentation reactor, and are connected with a dumping valve; the waste liquor outlet of the fermentation reactor is connected with a fermentation liquor collection pool through the dumping valve; a micro-filtration membrane is arranged at the bottom of the fermentation reactor, so as to separate thalli from a fermentation liquor, and ensure that the thalli are effectively detained in the reactor and the waste fermentation liquor is discharged to the a waste liquor collection pool. Gases generated after fermentation pass through a NaOH liquor, so as to separate H2 and CO2. The device has the advantages that the structure is simple and compact; the hydrogen production is continuous and efficient; and energy is saved.
